Kamil Białorucki

Attorney-at-law in the Criminal Law and Compliance Department.
He mostly specializes in economic criminal law, especially fiscal criminal law and, so-called, ,,white-collar-crimes’’.

In the KKZ Law Firm he works on complicated and intricate cases by providing professional legal support for the legal team and the clients. He represents the clients during preparatory and court proceedings.
He owns many years of experience gained in various law firms dn the General Counsel to the Republic of Poland.
Moreover, for 8 years he had worked in the services for the National Tax Administration, including the First Tax Office for the Mazovia Voivodship in Warsaw, Tax Control Office in Warsaw and the Customs-tax Office in Warsaw where he would oversee very complicated and tough preparatory proceedings, especially those connected to combating international organized tax crimes in regards to the VAT tax and income tax extortion and would also conduct customs-tax controls. He created and managed the committee for estimating and retrieving assets acquired in the way of felony and he also conducted so-called ,,financial investigations’’ in terms of money laundering.

He would oftentimes appear before the court acting in the capacity of a public prosecutor.
He also provides trainings on the scope of his profession.
He graduated from the legal studies of the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznan.
In 2020 he completed professional traineeship in the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Warsaw.
