4. Why and on what legal basis do we use cookies?

Legal basis: Article 399(1)–(2), in conjunction with Article 400, of the Polish Electronic Communications Law. Where information obtained through these cookies constitutes personal data, KKZ processes it on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
5. Who may receive the data?
In connection with the use of cookies, data or online identifiers may be processed by providers of tools used on the Website, currently including Cloudflare, Google, Meta and X.

6. May data be transferred outside the European Economic Area?
Some providers identified in the consent management panel may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where such a transfer takes place, it is based on an appropriate mechanism provided for under the GDPR, in particular an adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission or standard contractual clauses.
7. How can you manage cookies?

Advertising and Personalisation cookies may be used by external providers to create interest profiles and tailor content or advertisements. KKZ does not make decisions concerning users based solely on such processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
