These Terms set out the basic rules for using the website www.kkz.com.pl (Website), including the contact form.

1. Who operates the Website?

2. What is the Website for?

The Website is primarily used to provide information about KKZ, its team, practice areas, publications, events and other KKZ activities, and to enable users to contact the firm.

Content available on the Website is general and informational. It does not constitute individual legal advice and should not be relied on when making decisions in a particular matter without considering its specific circumstances.

3. How does the contact form work?

The contact form allows users to send KKZ an enquiry concerning the firm or its services. Use of the form is voluntary and free of charge.

Use of the form begins when the user starts completing it. The user may stop using it at any time before sending the message. The contact-form service ends when the message is submitted to KKZ.

Submitting the form does not conclude a legal services agreement or mean that KKZ has accepted the matter. If we decide to accept an engagement, the scope of work, fees and other terms are agreed separately.

4. How should the Website be used?

To use the Website, users need a device with Internet access and an up-to-date web browser. An active email address and the technical functions required by the Website may also be necessary to submit the contact form.

The Website must not be used unlawfully, in a way that interferes with its operation or infringes the rights of KKZ or third parties. In particular, users must not submit unlawful content or malicious software or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website.

5. How can a Website problem be reported?

Technical problems concerning the Website or the contact form may be reported to sekretariat@kkz.com.pl. The report should briefly describe the problem and include information that will help us investigate it.

We review reports without undue delay. This procedure concerns the operation of the Website and does not replace any rules applicable to separately provided legal services.

6. Personal data and cookies

The rules concerning personal data processing are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Current version of the Terms

These Terms may be updated, in particular if the Website functions, technologies used or applicable law change. The current version is always available on the Website.
