- Head of the Criminal Law and Compliance Department at Kopeć & Zaborowski.
An attorney with extensive experience in representing clients in matters involving criminal law, white-collar crime, and tax offences. She specialises in criminal law, in particular cases concerning economic and fiscal offences. - She has taken part in extensive and complex proceedings relating to so-called managerial offences. In these matters, she has acted both as defence counsel for managers and as counsel representing companies appearing as injured parties.
- She represents both individual and institutional clients at every stage of the proceedings, including before law enforcement authorities. She coordinates the work of teams dedicated to conducting forensic audits for the Firm’s clients.
- A graduate of the Postgraduate Programme in Fiscal and Economic Criminal Law at the Jagiellonian University. She has also completed the Postgraduate Tax Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as numerous courses and trainings in forensic auditing, including methodologies for data collection and analysis, evidentiary procedures, and the preparation of final reports, organised among others by the EY Academy of Business. She has participated in multiple trainings delivered by former law enforcement officers on open-source intelligence (OSINT). She is also a lecturer at WSB Merito University in the postgraduate programme “Forensic Audit in Enterprises.”
- Recognised in the international “The Legal 500” ranking in the “White-Collar Crime” category as a key lawyer, and a finalist of the 2025 Rising Stars Lawyers – Leaders of Tomorrow competition.
- She has completed numerous managerial and team-leadership courses and trainings, including the First Time Manager Programme organised by Game Changers Academy Poland and the Legal Project Management training delivered by the Trainers’ Academy of Competences.
