Martyna Krawczyk

Associate in the Employment Law Department and dedicated client advisor within the international employment law practice.
Specialises in employment law, immigration law, and Employer of Record (EOR) support. She has many years of experience advising clients on the international market.

She acquired her knowledge and qualifications both in Poland and during a 10-year stay in London, where she worked with leading law firms on the market.
Graduate of The University of Law in London (LLB Hons, LPC + LL.M) and the University of Gdańsk, where she completed postgraduate studies in Employment Law. Certified Manager of the British CIPD Institute – Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management.
Mentor in the Women in Law Foundation programme and in the international EYBA (European Young Bar Association) & AEA EAL (Association Européenne des Avocats – European Association of Lawyers) programme.

Finalist of the 2023 Young European Lawyers Contest (ERA) and winner of first place at the Legal Hackathon organised by Wolters Kluwer in 2024.
Vice-President of the Labour Law Association. Member of the EYBA (European Young Bar Association) and CCBE (Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe) committees.
Member of the Gdańsk Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
