- An attorney and, since 2013, a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
- Since 2016, she has run her own law firm. Her professional experience spans over a decade of work in law firms, government ministries, public administration bodies, and the corporate sector as an in-house lawyer.
- She specializes in commercial disputes and regulatory advisory services for the financial sector, particularly for insurance companies. For many years, she worked with one of the largest insurance providers in Poland, representing it before common courts, prosecutors’ offices, and supervisory authorities. As part of this cooperation, she prepared legal opinions, conducted settlement negotiations, and participated in mediations, achieving significant benefits for clients.
- She has conducted and supervised dozens of court proceedings—civil, family, commercial, insurance, administrative, and labor law cases. She has represented clients in complex, high-value matters requiring both substantive expertise and a strategic approach to litigation. Her experience also includes participation in proceedings before the National Appeals Chamber as well as numerous court and out-of-court mediations.
- For many years, she has focused on family and civil law, with particular emphasis on divorce cases, division of property, and matters concerning parental authority and child custody. She represents clients across Poland, handling both complex litigation and negotiations that require sensitivity and experience.
- She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in “Family Law with Elements of Psychology” at the University of Łódź. She also completed mediation training at the Polish Mediation Centre, further enhancing her qualifications in conducting dispute resolution processes aimed at amicable outcomes and the well-being of families.
- Earlier in her career, she worked as an advisor at the Ministry of Administration and Digitization and the Ministry of the Interior, preparing legal opinions, materials for industry conferences, and participating in work related to securing the UEFA EURO 2012™ Tournament. She also has experience in construction supervision and providing legal services to foundations.
- In her practice, she places strong emphasis on diligence, empathy, and full commitment to every case. She offers clients both professional representation in litigation and support in making difficult decisions in complex personal and family matters.
