Karolina Sokołowska

Lawyer in the Business Law Department.
She’s mainly focused on cases within the civil lawsuit and commercial law, especially legal services for economic entities. She’s also largely interested in the bankruptcy and restructuring law.
In the KKZ Law Firm she’s moslty responsible for supporting senior lawyers in their everyday work. She prepares projects of legal documents, opinions, analyses and current legal services for commercial companies. She does complex research necessary for continuing most cases.

She started collecting practical experience with the beginning of her college education. She worked in renowned law firms but also in the legal department of one of the largest chemical companies in Poland. That allowed her to participate in many corporate projects, including those on changing structires of a commercial company.
Graduate of the legal studies on the Academy of Leon Kuzminski in Warsaw. She takes active part in economic section of the Academic Law Advice Center and the Academic Legal Organization.

She’s a huge animal and cat lover. She frequently volunteers in the varsovian animal shelter. Apart from that, she enjoys good movie sountracks and classical music.
