  • Senior Lawyer in the Criminal Law and Compliance Department.
  • Her area of expertise covers criminal cases, including both criminal law (drug offenses, traffic accidents) and commercial and tax law (white-collar crime). She represents individual clients and large businesses, including banks and listed companies. She has extensive experience conducting criminal cases, from preparatory proceedings (including arrest hearings) to representation before the Supreme Court, as well as in enforcement and pardon proceedings. She specializes in preparing internal criminal law opinions for governing bodies of various legal entities.
  • She gained her professional experience in private companies, where she was responsible for the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation, preventing crimes such as identity theft and fraud, and working for public administration, including the Ministry of National Defence and non-governmental organizations, such as the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights.
  • She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She also studied internal security at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science of that university. As a scholarship holder of the Erasmus-Socrates Program, she studied at the University of Regensburg in Germany. She also completed general training at the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution.
  • She is a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.
