Michał Skwarek

Attorney at law in the Business Law Department.
Specialist in the area of economic law. His interests include broadly understood contract law issues, including international contracts, due diligence projects, and IT system implementation agreements.

At the KKZ Law Firm, he is primarily responsible for preparing and reviewing contracts in Polish and English. His tasks also include negotiating the terms of business contracts, business communication in the process of preparing and reviewing contracts and preparing draft letters, including those related to the communication.
He started gaining experience while still being a student. Initially, he completed internships in numerous renowned law firms and the Office of the Constitutional Tribunal. Then, as a legal trainee, he acquired valuable experience, which currently allows him to provide professional services and freely cooperate with business clients.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. Currently, he is completing postgraduate studies in New Technology Law at the Leon Koźmiński University in Warsaw.
He owns numerous certificates confirming extremely high language skills. He is also a winner of the Oxford Academic Debates.
Since 2022, he has been a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.
In his free time, he enjoys a good read or relaxing with an addictive board game.
