Mateusz Omelan
Advocate
- Advocate in the Civil Law and Litigations Department.
- He specializes in economic law and administrative law, especially cases connected to pharmaceutical law. In his professional practice, he also deals with real estate law and civil law cases, especially the protection of personal rights and press law. He represents clients in proceedings handled by courts and administrative authorities on the territory of Poland and abroad.
- He started working as a lawyer while still being a student. He’s cooperated with the KKZ Law Firm since 2019. He provides legal aid in the Polish, English, and German languages.
- He completed legal studies at the University of Warsaw with honors. Having gained an Erasmus Programme grant, he took a six-month college education at the Univesity of Regensburg in Germany.
- Member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.
- He takes an active part in the pro bono activity in the KKZ Law Firm as well as charity actions of the Bar Association in Warsaw. He’s a regular and honorary blood donor.
