Justyna Bartnik

Senior Lawyer in the Business Law Department.
Specializes in trade law, economic law and individual work law. The scope of her practice also includes transactions of share selling and due diligence projects. She owns a rich experience in legal services for small and medium economic entities, especially companies with a foreign capital.
Her main tasks in the KKZ Law Firm include providing the complexity of advice for clients in their legal cases and preparing legal opinions. Additionally, she successfully represents clients before common courts. She also creates strategies for lawsuit procedures.

She owns an experience of ten years gathered in one of the law firms in Warsaw specializing in legal advice for foreign clients, especially from Italy. She would advise investors not only on the introductory level of establishing a business in Poland but also supported them on further corporate level. She would prepare all kinds of economic contracts and provide advice in terms of work law, including obtaining a work permit.

She graduated from the legal studies of the University of Warsaw. As a participant of the Erasmus programme she took part in the 10 month long grant apprenticeship on the Università degli Studi di Padova in Italy.
She also completed education in the European and Italian Law School by the Univesity of Warsaw in cooperation with the Università degli Studi di Catania.
Since the year 2016 she belongs to the Bar Association in Warsaw.
