Agnieszka Marjańska

Attorney trainee in the Litigation Department.
Her main area of specialization is civil law with particular emphasis on dispute proceedings and commercial law.
She develops her skills in the KKZ Law Firm mostly by providing substantive support to the team of senior lawyers in providing legal services for clients at all stages of judicial and extrajudicial proceedings.

Upon their authorization, she participates in a number of procedural and extra-procedural activities. Her duties include, in particular, preparing pleadings, and constructing legal analyses and opinions.
She started acquiring legal skills very early, during the first years of her studies. She completed regular and active internships in renowned Warsaw law firms and internal legal departments of well-known companies. This allowed her to develop practical knowledge that she can successfully use in her everyday work.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, actively involved in academic activities. She provided legal advice at the Law Clinic at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. She was an active member of the Banking Law Scientific Club.
Since January 2023, he has been completing an apprenticeship at the Bar Association in Warsaw.
Privately, she is a lover of active recreation and traveling.
