Advocate, member of the Tax Crime Practice within the Criminal Law and Compliance Department.
Specializes in criminal matters, with particular focus on fiscal criminal cases. He has been recognized for his work in the prestigious international Legal 500 ranking in the “White-Collar Crime” category.

At the Firm, he is responsible for supporting and defending Clients, inter alia, in cases involving fiscal crimes and fiscal misdemeanours, as well as related common criminal offences.
He has 10 years of experience as a fiscal prosecutor (including as Head of the Fiscal Criminal Unit) gained at the Second Mazovian Tax Office in Warsaw, as well as 8 years of experience as an attorney-at-law acquired at leading advisory firms and law firms in Poland. This has enabled him to become a specialist in fiscal criminal law and so-called white-collar crime.

Author of numerous publications on fiscal criminal law and procedures for minimizing fiscal criminal risks.
Speaker at numerous trainings and conferences on liability for fiscal crimes and fiscal misdemeanours.
