Izabela Dziubak-Napiórkowska

Head of Employment Law Practice in the Business Law Department.
An expert in broadly defined employment law, with particular emphasis on individual and collective labor law, as well as atypical and flexible forms of employment.
At KKZ, she is responsible for providing comprehensive services to employers within the scope of HR law, from establishing employment relationships, and ongoing advice on employers’ duties and rights, to support terminating employment relationships.

She is also involved in representing employers in court in all employment law matters, including employee dismissals, non-competition, conflict of interest, unequal treatment, discrimination, and bullying.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Scholarship holder of the Socrates-Erasmus program at the University of Orléans, France.
Since 2015, she has been an attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association. She was awarded a distinction for her performance during her attorney-at-law training and high scores in the professional exam.
