  • Trainee advocate in the Media and IP Law Department.
  • Specializes in cases concerning the protection of personal rights, with a particular focus on reputation crises. He also handles matters related to press law and private criminal cases involving defamation and insult. A significant part of his practice is devoted to combating online hate speech on social media platforms.
  • At KKZ, his responsibilities include drafting procedural documents and representing clients before the courts. He also provides support to the entire Media and IP Law Department and carries out tasks assigned by attorneys and legal advisors.
  • He began his legal practice while still a student at some of the most prestigious law firms, where he gained the essential knowledge he now successfully applies in complex cases involving media law and the protection of personal rights.
  • He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź, where he defended his master’s thesis entitled “Obligations of an Online Store Operator under the Omnibus Directive.” While preparing his thesis, he completed a qualified project in collaboration with one of the better-known companies in Poland.
  • He is currently completing his attorney-at-law traineeship at the Łódź Bar Association, where he serves as the year representative. He is also a member of the Committees on New Technologies and Artificial Intelligence, as well as on Image, Legal Education, and University Cooperation.
  • Enthusiast of music, cinema, and photography. He values art and broadly understood aesthetics.
