Patrycja Kapa

She specializes in disputes resolution, commercial law and contract law.
She also has experience in providing services to the entrepreneurs and dealing with the corporation disputes.

Before starting cooperation with KKZ in 2020, she worked in various positions in Polish and international law firms, including the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland.
In KKZ, she is responsible for the preparation of pleadings, legal opinions and negotiation of the contracts. Her duties also include day-to-day advising to the companies.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and the School of American Law at the University of Warsaw in cooperation with Georgia State University and Emory University.
She’s a member of the Bar Association of Warsaw.
She has participated in the several international arbitration competitions, including Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot and Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
