  2. The user is any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit using the Website to review the legal services offered by KKZ.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service by the user.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      III. Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Fees for services are determined individually based on the offer or as per the terms of the agreement with KKZ, depending on the nature and scope of the service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. For one-time consultations, fees are specified in the offer accepted by the user and must be paid before the consultation begins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Payments can be made via bank transfer to the account indicated on the invoice or using payment links provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Accepted payment methods include BLIK, credit card, electronic transfer via the imoje payment system operated by ING Bank \u015al\u0105ski S.A.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        IV. Data Processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  2. KKZ reserves the right to amend the Regulations in accordance with applicable legal requirements, technological advancements, or organizational changes.
